At our journey’s outset on Canada’s west coast, in the Rocky Mountains. Here we find Banff National Park – Canada’s oldest national park, famed for its turquoise glacial lakes and snow-capped peaks that draw hikers, skiers, wildlife enthusiasts, hikers and skiers alike. As you explore Banff, don’t be surprised if you come across bears, elk or mountain goats roaming freely within its borders! Be sure to stop by Lake Louise which changes colors throughout its seasons – don’t forget this beautiful stop over!

Moving eastward, we reach the Canadian Prairies: an expansive grassland region covering Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta provinces. Tourists often overlook this hidden gem that provides a special perspective of Canada’s natural beauty; home to bison herds, pronghorn antelope and hundreds of bird species as well as some incredible spots to watch the Northern Lights!

Ontario and Quebec lie at the core of Canada, featuring some of its most iconic landscapes like the Great Lakes and Niagara Falls as well as lesser-known natural marvels, like Bruce Peninsula in Ontario with its rugged cliffs, turquoise waters, rare orchids, and rare orchids – perfect for hikers! In Quebec’s Saguenay Fjord whale watchers should head immediately – it offers some of the best opportunities in the world to spot beluga whales!

At last we arrive at our easternmost point: the Maritime provinces. This region is famous for its rugged coastlines, picturesque fishing villages and high tides in Bay of Fundy; but it also houses Gros Morne National Park on Newfoundland–a UNESCO World Heritage site boasting stunning geological features from ancient fjords to towering cliffs!
